You can register online through our website before meeting with us (preferred) or you can simply send us your resume in MS Word format to jobs@nexuscorp.co.in and we will take it on from there.

Consultant Meeting
Once you register with us, you will meet/speak with one of our Specialist Consultants who will understand your background and your aspirations.

Job Introduction
The Consultant will work towards finding you the right match and introduce the job opportunity as and when they are available. If you are interested in the job, the Consultant will submit your resume to the client. |

Client Interview
If the client wants to interview you, we will assist you in scheduling the interviews and define a likely timeline for finishing all further rounds of interviews. |

Negotiations
In this phase, our Consultant will assist you in terms of negotiating the right offer, not just in terms of the base salary but also with other important aspects of the new role such as the job title, start date, benefits package, bonuses and other perks / allowances. |

Acceptance
Post recruitment follow up is a neglected phase but we ensure to provide you full support after you have signed the offer from our client. This involves support in terms of resigning from your current employment, relocation, etc. We remain in touch with you even after you have started in your new job to help you settle down smoothly. |
